Juventus travel to face AC Milan in Serie A, looking to climb into the Champions League places.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side have made it back-to-back victories after their recent Supercoppa Italiana defeat with wins over Udinese and Sampdoria.
Milan will pose a stiffer test under the guidance of Stefano Pioli, although Juve will be highly motivated to cut the gap between themselves and the Rossoneri in 2nd place.
Here’s how Allegri could line his team up.
Wojciech Szczesny (GK) – The Pole has regained his composure of late, saving a penalty in the 4-3 win over Roma recently.
Juan Cuadrado (RB) – The Colombian has been repurposed as a conventional full-back to good effect.
Matthijs de Ligt (CB) – Hasn’t developed into the defender who took the Champions League by storm with Ajax, but has improved this season.
Giorgio Chiellini (CB) – The Italian’s experience in this fixture could be critical for Juventus, especially with Leonardo Bonucci out.
Luca Pellegrini (LB) – The 22-year-old offers a greater attacking threat than Alex Sandro.
Manuel Locatelli (CM) – Such is the Italian’s versatility he can operate as the deepest midfielder or further up the pitch.
Rodrigo Bentancur (CM) – Calm in possession and keeps Juve ticking.
Paulo Dybala (AM) – The Argentine is capable of scoring and creating from anywhere on the pitch. His presence here will be crucial.
Federico Bernardeschi (RW) – The former Fiorentina man can often frustrate fans, but he possesses a wicked shot from range.
Alvaro Morata (ST) – Not the most prolific centre forward, but he’s capable of producing the goods for Juventus this weekend.
Moise Kean (LW) – Should offer a different option in attack to stretch and test the Milan backline.
