Men,s Soccer Part of 2022 Spring Soccer Cup Field

North Carolina is one of 10 men’s college soccer programs that will compete in the 2022 Spring Soccer Cup on Sunday, April 10 at Spry Stadium on the campus of Wake Forest University.

Joining the Tar Heels and host Demon Deacons will be 2021 NCAA Champion Clemson and College Cup participant Georgetown, along with Duke, Maryland, NC State, Pitt, Virginia, and Virginia Tech.

Each program will participate in three matches in league play prior to arriving in Winston-Salem for the final event. The complete schedule will be announced later.

At the end of the three league matches, the final matches at Spry Stadium will be determined with the 10 programs being seeded. Shuffling amongst the seeds can be done if a repeat opponent is scheduled.

Together, these 10 programs over the last four seasons have combined to earn 30 NCAA Tournaments bids, eight College Cup appearances and three National Championships.

Tickets for the event are available for purchase here. All seating is general admission. Seating on the Walt Chyzowych Alumni Hill is free. Children three and under do not need a ticket to enter if sitting on a lap; if their own seat is needed a ticket should be purchased.
